What ive been up to...

Celebrated Jie Hui's 24th birthday today:) Went to sunnybank for Japanese!

Then we went over to Su sin's house for cake and some silly pictures! :) Its fun having them around! :) Definitely expecting more this sem before Connie graduates!

It was suppose to be the end of it, but fate wouldnt let us go..so we met again for dinner..this time for some Malaysian food! :)

This week begins all the labs and thus the reports...time to start moving..GO GO GO!

Injured my shoulder so im pretty much cacat at the moment. I cant carry heavy things and not even my handbag on my shoulder:( The pain can be from sour to the feeling likes its gonna drop out.. Plan to make an appointment with a doctor..let's see how that goes..no needles i hope..

3rd day into sem 2

3rd day into sem 2 and im greeted with another assignment:( I suspect more coming tomorrow... now i can say i should have appreciated first year more instead of wasting time crying doing nothing. now i wish i can do nothing. Recently im packed with too many activities, im starting to pull out from upcoming activities.. Old people cant take too many activites, right? can die wan..haha!

So today's post is about UNLEASH.

Unleash was a student conference i attended during the holidays. Its about unleashing my passion,potential and influence where ever i am. It was great fun and the games taught me alot about team building. Definitely reminding me of the awful dusun eco kepimpinan camp i was forced to go 3 years back. But that was awesome, coz i had my girlfriends around to survive with me. This time, i had zken with me plus the place was not dirty and terrible like dusun eco.

Reminiscing

Looking through the different pictures on iphoto made me realised how fast time has passed over the year. Maybe im starting to feel old thats why i keep looking back. Just the other day after li wen's farewell dinner, while walking back with Connie and Yen mii, made me realised how fast 1 and a half year have gone..and in another one and a half year it will be my turn to go. I want to make the best out of my university life because i might never experience it again, but at the same time i find myself asking what big thing should i do that make my university life different?

That aside..my main purpose for today's post is to remember me and zken's anniversary..It definitely was different because my wish was granted and that is to have a picnic bbq. It was a bright and sunny day at Roma Street Parkland. Although it was winter, there was so many flowers to see..

Something interesting i noticed..two trees beside one another..but looking at it gave a very different feel!

but most of all it was my first time seeing a scare crow! of course have to pose pose a little!

First day of class today.. Still wow-ing at how far ive gotten myself in the university life. One and a half years later and still surviving! :) Attended my first smallest lecture/ class ever. 5 girls and a lecturer! In a way im glad..coz one of my prayers was to get to know more people this sem! But on the other hand..had a full blast lecture and getting my first assignment tonight! :(

On another note..Continuation on the holidays.. So the next day after sunshine coast we decided to go to DFO..Plan for movie world was cancelled due to the rain and since we had a car, we thought my as well go somewhere far..

4 weeks ago

4 weeks ago finally came the 3 weeks that i have been waiting for most ever since the second half of the first semester started. I must say its been so far the happiest time ive ever had here..Brisbane never felt so good. Now that three weeks have come and gone..and its been a week since you went back. Semester 2 starts tomorrow..I'm excited yet determined for the coming semester..If you ask why, i would say coz i want this semester to quickly come by so that i can finally go home. Classes this sem is going to be hectic and the subjects im taking is also very heavy. Looking at the bright side. At least i will be busy..and when you're busy, time definitely will go quickly..I have so much to update, so ill try my best to update something everyday..

Lets start from the first 2 days zhong ken was here..

I remember the day he arrived was a cold windy day..I was up bright and early and went to the bus stop to wait for him..I was there for almost an hour when he finally arrived..Through out that one hour, i still remember trying to be calm and trying to think how i should react when i see him..Its only been 4 months but in that 4 months we were already used to seeing each other behind the screen.Up till the last day of his holidays here, i was still trying to believe that i could physically see him. He brought me a whole lot of things which i am very thankful..and one of them was "HELLO PANDA".

The next day we went on a road trip to sunshine coast with a bunch of friends..Macadamia factory,ginger factory, strawberry farm and the glasshouse mountains. It was truly fun and i enjoyed the company!

Most pictures are already up on facebook. and most of them might be a repeat but its simply for memories sake.. Next ill be updating more on random things we did...

3 years and counting...
