Friendship blooming moments

Had a super duper long weekend due to Anzac Day! I think its when the Australians remember the soldiers! You know the hari pahlawan kindda thing? Didnt do much, but pretty much enjoyed slacking, abit of cleaning of the house and trying hard to study! Last night because Christina and Shu came over from Gatton we decided it was time to have one of our ex housemates get together! Seriously, why didn we spend as much time as we did when we live together? Now that we live away from each other, we want to spend as much time together as possible? We humans ahhhhhhh...
I couldn't look into the camera, the flash was too bright! After multiple shots of eye closing inherited from mummy:)

We had Thai for dinner and it was insanely awesome! besides the fact that i was gulping down cups of water because i couldnt take how spicy the curry was:S Visited Devi's OMG I WANT TO LIVE THERE ALSO apartment..Me and connie was like "Lets move out this moment and move in here!"..Her place was like heaven! IF i stayed there, i think i will just spend time at home and not go anywhere!

I need to diet, really....but i hope i don't do this.....
Now you know why reading my nutrition text book brings joy....At least im maximising the RM100 i invested on it!

Another dinner get together with the ex-housemates on thursday!

Something new to work upon

I have always known, one of my many weakness is my emotion. My emotional roller coasters do drive me up and down and can over take how i am.Day to day i try to change and gain control over my emotions. I know if i don't change, the people around me will suffer. And the person who suffers most will definitely be zhong-ken.

Talking to my shepherd really brought me back to light, and teach me to persevere and that it is not impossible to change the way im being attacked by emotions.Although i know it is not an overnight ke-ching "i am fully changed" thing, i will learn to be willing to change. I want to and need to be a better person.

I am thankful ive finally got my feelings over and am ready to trust again.Im sorry dearr for being such a pain today:( i will learn to change and be more lovable. Thank you for deciding to do what i really needed to gain that trust again.

OC 2010

I have 4 articles left to read to prepare for tuesday's not assessed quiz but here am i having this strong rebelious feeling to blog.Anyways....today i will be blogging about the Oceania Convention at the Gold Coast. Well its actually a church conference and this was my first. They alternate between Brisbane and Melbourne. Next year will be in Melbourne and im hoping to go...It was a great convention! Getting to know my lifegroup members a little more and just enjoying being in the presence of God. Man! it was amazing! Definitely a spiritual refreshing one!

So we left at about 11am on Good Friday(The first day of Easter break)

Our first stop was at Sunny Bank..Some had lunch at Little Singapore while i bought some whole grain buns and Taro milk tea :)

The camp site was at Broadbeach Gold Coast..We reached about 45 minutes later and gosh the beach was just so breathtaking! The place where we were staying was sooo high class too!I shared the master bed room with Chee! We had a big plasma tv and a big mirror wardrobe! plus when we woke up our view was the beach! What a great start to the Easter break yeah?

Our second day lunch! They served very very good food indeed! The first day was like about 4-5 different kinds of pasta...it was a little cheesy for me so i just tried a bite for each and indulge on buns!haha...they had good buns! plus...there was this hazelnut ice cream! Sooooo yummy!

We had free time after the first session for the day...we just had to walk along the beach!

Third day was Easter Sunday! We all got dolled up! Meet Chee my room mate and Joyce! :)

Took a groupie picture! This is Judah 8 :)

And finally on our last day! Auntie and uncle was so kind to prepare such a healthy breakfast for us..There were fruits, oats and juice! and lotsa dried fruits tooo! Thank you for your love uncle and auntie

Finally, after the closing ceremony! Took more pictures!
The theme was Ethos-rediscovering our core values! Cool huh?

After we planned to go back to Uncle and auntie's place to help do some cleaning..outside their apartment....
