Meat science is super complicated, i used to think butcher's just catch animal, kill animal, pluck hair,clean dead animal and sell animal.....
I bet you thought so too! Apparently not....
Therefore i have come to a conclusion...
Butchers are smart people..theres a super duper long very extremely complicated process to it. So the next time u see a butcher, dont look down on them coz they have a more amazing brain to memorize all thos complicated process and body part than us!
*Note why i used animal, people nowadays eat almost every kind of animal! =_=
